SLY VIN 2019 DOMAINE L'OCTAVIN ALICE BOUVOT

08-12-2022 11:02 - Review
SLY VIN 2019
DOMAINE L'OCTAVIN

One of the many stages of the Tour de France, but perhaps also Alice's most favorite, is Alsace, the region from which the grapes used to create this very vibrant label come.
Sylvaner grown by the Domaine Philippe Brand in Ergersheim, carbonically left on the skins for about two weeks and then left to relax in steel.
Both in the perfumes and on the palate it's a juice full of white-fleshed fruits, where peach is the most perceptible. Fleshy, with a classic and recognizable appearance of highly macerated orange wines but which instead denotes the Alsatian freshness that characterizes all the wines of this splendid region, and a sapidity that continually invites you to drink it.
