About him: Mondeuse vinified in carbonic maceration and the result of the assembly of two different plots. However, in some vintages, he gets some Gamay if the harvest is too sour or weak in maturity.
It's a beautiful red thirsty for great minerality. Notes of red currant and red berries, super drinkability and an immense pleasure!
