Aging: about one year in old 500 and 600 liter wooden barrels; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-12 °C
About him: Strohmeier Weiss n°11 is a smoky and complex white wine with aromas of lime, hazelnut and yellow apple and a salty minerality. Nice acidity and some delicate tannins too. Super good!!!
