Wilder Satz even wilder! Blend of wines but as well cofermentation of various white grape varieties from the Rhineland.
Muller-Thurgau pressed directly and the Riesling grapes are added to its juice after the first pressing, making them ferment together; the other grapes consisting of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Scheurebe, Silvaner, Kerner and Pinot Gris all briefly macerated together on the skins.
Electric shock of freshness already perceived in the perfumes and even more so on the palate; sapidity, acidity and citrus fruits as the lime as much as possible. Straight straight!!!
