CARLITO by Charles Dagand
Authentic and incredible interpretation of Pinot Noir! Three quarters of the grapes are de-stemmed and placed as a base in the vinification tank, then filled with the balance of whole bunch grapes and hermetically sealed to carry out a carbonic maceration of 9 months. In June of the following year the pressing takes place, thus obtaining a super fruity juice with an intense aroma based on small red fruits such as strawberries, cherries and other berries. A light wine but with a great flavor!
