Amazing intensity and acidity for this juicy, fruity and herbaceous wine that comes from a small parcel of Gamay (0.3 hectares). The grapes are macerated in whole bunches (stalks and all!) for about ten days, then they relax in old super exhausted wooden barrels. Wild Loire!!!
