100% Pinot Gris from the very small municipality of Obermorschwihr (in the Upper Rhine department); direct pressing and aging for almost a year in Austrian barriques. Soft and alive at the same time, incredible! Immediately light notes of citrus, minerals and smoke. In the mouth it's velvety, with great sapidity and tasty fruity; as it opens it acquires more and more complexity without compromising the drink but embellishing the finish that becomes longer and longer with notes of dried fruit such as hazelnuts and almonds. A great Alsatian wine born from the hands of the legendary Farid Yahimi!!!
