The Greco according to Dane Johns! Orange Wine of infinite complexity, obtained with a very long maceration on the skins of about eight months for grapes coming from a small vineyard in Gippsland. Initially shy, it opens after a few minutes, expressing a thousand olfactory and gustatory sensations. White flowers, resins, aromatic herbs, iodine and then citrus fruits; it's warm on the palate, with a present tannic note that, when heated, lightens to rediscover all the sensations perceived in the aromas as well as a very long and tasty finish. WOW!!!
