About him: Dane Johns is a very special winemaker and here he reconfirms it, with yet another exceptional interpretation of a native vine from southern Italy grown in its base in south-east Australia. The Greco macerated on the skins for 10 months, to obtain a wine full of sensations, with notes of pine resin, nettle, fresh herbs, uplifting flowers and lemon citrus. A very well structured wine that will age beautifully and with great acidity, freshness and salinity with fine chalky tannins. Great beautiful interpretation!
