The Garganega in all its splendor!
Silvia selects only the best grapes from the oldest plants (there is also a pinch of Trebbiano di Soave), letting them ripen in the vineyard a few more weeks. Harvested strictly by hand and vinified with only de-stemming and no pressing with the fermentation carried out in steel in contact with the skins with which it remains for a long period until bottling.
Infinite delicacy, notes of citrus and candied fruit, lightness and lots of drinkability. Wine produced only in the best vintages...super !!!
