Wine making: the best grapes from the oldest plants are selected, leaving them to mature in the vineyard for a few more weeks. They are then harvested by hand and vinified with only de-stemming, no pressing. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, in steel tanks, in contact with the skins with which it remains for a long period

Aging: in steel tanks always in contact with the skins until bottling; then follows a long age in the bottle; no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites

Serve at: it's advisable to open it 30 minutes before and do not serve it too cold (12-14 °C)

Food matches: fish dishes not too cooked; excellent also with fresh cheeses;

About him: Garganega in all its splendor delicately in orange hues. The best grapes of the old almost sixty-year-old vines for a wine of infinite delicacy, notes of citrus and candied fruit, lightness and lots of drinkability. Wine produced only in the best vintages...super!!!
