Food matches: fried fish, savory pie with vegetables, cold cuts and salami, blue cheeses, fresh cheeses

About him: on the nose it opens up with scents of orange blossom, white flowers, citrus aromas, yellow fruit, acacia honey and bread crust. The attack on the palate is rich and ample with dense and satisfying fruit, which stretches towards a finish of beautiful mineral freshness.
