Food matches: red meats in general (stewed, grilled, etc.) aged cheeses; try it with stewed roe!
About him: born from the most famous vine of Piedmont, the Nebbiolo; the vines of this variety are grown according to organic farming principles and the yields between the rows are about 50 quintals per hectare, then voluntarily lower for obtaining grapes full of properties and of excellent quality.
Bewitching visual impact thanks to the typical ruby color, the nose immediately perceive floral and balsamic notes with hints of spicy and fruity notes. When tasted it has a full body, round, harmonious, with a pleasant sip, characterized by a sapid vein and a finely integrated tannins.
This is the Barbaresco Roccalini, in which structure rhymes with finesse, the result of the great respect that Paolo Veglio, owner of the winery, nourishes for the territory. TOP!!!
