Serve at: 18-20°C; we recommend to open the bottle 15/20 minutes before serving it.
Food matches: cold cuts and salami; risotto or pasta with vegetables or with meat sauce; sublime with stewed rabbit!
About him: a splendid Barbera obtained from 40 year-old vines and located 300 meters above sea level. Ruby red in color, it's fruity, with references to the undergrowth with its small wild, floral, rose and violet fruits; in the end there is an almost territorial mineral note. On the palate it's soft, fresh and savory, with an almost crunchy fruit and a convincing drinkability. Exceptional drinkability!!!
