About him: a splendid interpretation of Malvasia di Candia which, with its 10-day maceration, acquires the aromas and flavors typical of this type of vine, but more defined and concentrated. Striking for its amber color and the delicacy of fine bubbles even if, as the producer says...it's pungent and "besiosa" as only women can be!
