About him: the Capretta is a white wine obtained from the Malvasia vine with grapes from vineyards that grow on volcanic soils, composed of red soil, even almost black brunette. Straw yellow in color, although not very limpid because it's not filtered, it reminds the nose of white berry fruit, hints of ripe peaches and almonds are combined with citrus nuances and memories of yellow flowers. Full-bodied on the palate, it's succulent and fresh, tasty and long in persistence.
