Region: France - Rhone valley (Ardèche)

Grape variety: 70% Viogner, 30% Chardonnay

Alcohol: 13% vol

Volume: 0,75l

Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with direct press of the grapes without contact with the skins

Aging: about 24 months in old French oak barrels; no added sulfites, unfiltered or clarified

Serve at: 8-10° C

About him: only a few bottles of this unique white, mainly produced from Viognier with a small addition of Chardo. Needless to say, it doesn't quite look like a Viognier; rather citrus notes, a side of lemon and a quite marked identity with its toasted sensations and with a nice freshness also considering how much the sun beats down in that area. Powerful and taut, it stands out for its splendid sapidity and elegance. BOMB!!!
