Wine making: manual destemming and spontaneous fermentation without controlling the whole grain temperature in stainless steel tanks and demijohns, 2 punching down and/or pumping over daily; contact with the skins 1/3 of the mass for 25 days, 2/3 of the mass for 7 months; hand pressing.

Aging: 1/3 of the mass in first-pass acacia barrels for 6 months, 2/3 in steel; two more months of aging in steel after the blend.

Serve at: 10-14 °C

Food matches: mixed cold cuts, semi-seasoned cheeses, mixed appetizers of fish both in white and with tomato.

About him: Bewitching orange wine, with an enveloping complexity and in continuous evolution also thanks to the different vinification and aging methods adopted. Aromas of honey, wild flowers and herbs and then turn to yellow fruit and the grapes themselves, all well matched also to the taste. Super!!!
