Food matches: exceptional as an aperitif; very good wtih pasta dishes based on seafood.
About him: slightly golden yellow due to maceration on the skins. Aromatic aromas of fruit on the nose, with beautiful floral notes. In the mouth it´s vibrant with a good body, pulpy, fresh and with slightly perceptible tannins.
