Serve at: 12-14 °C; we recommend letting it "breathe" 15-20 minutes before tasting it.

Food matches: great to combine with raw fish dishes, first courses, seasoned cheeses, to try with lasagna with seafood.

About him: of a beautiful amber color. It has intense aromas of ripe fruit, honeyed notes, and withered flowers. Warm and velvety on the palate, enveloping, round, sapid, with good minerality and freshness. Closes with a very long finish!
