Food matches: perfect as an aperitif, with Sushi and Sashimi
About him: an Orange show!!! Thanks to maceration on the skins this wine acquires volume and a great fruity expressiveness. In the mouth it's powerful, very fresh and with an elegant bitter finish that makes it long and persistent.
