Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 6 days with 50% of the whole bunch grapes; grapes harvested at the height of their maturity

Aging: for a few months in steel; not filtered, clarified and without the addition of sulfur dioxide

Serve at: 10-14° C

Food matches: perfect as an aperitif, with Sushi and Sashimi

About him: an Orange show!!! Thanks to maceration on the skins this wine acquires volume and a great fruity expressiveness. In the mouth it's powerful, very fresh and with an elegant bitter finish that makes it long and persistent.
