About him: as the back label says, zero added yeasts, zero clarification, zero filtration and zero sulfur! Thus is born a genuine and pure wine that despite the maceration on the skins for 15 days remains a slightly golden yellow color; floral and slightly herbaceous aromas, but it's on the palate that give his best! An incredible sapidity that continually invites you to drink and a very long finish with a toasted almond flavor that makes it unforgettable! Great beautiful elegant and super balanced wine!!!
