Food matches: very good in combination with fat and well cooked fish courses; also excellent with mussels impipata!
About him: freshness and lots of fruit for this wine that very well balances the rusticity of Pecorino with an excellent acidity; a wine less "glou glou" and more "yum yum" as the friends of Lammidia say!!!
