The appearance of this sparkling rosé aleatico is limpid, with a beautiful cherry pink and consistent. The texture is slightly sparkling. The wine is intense, quite complex and fairly fine with the olfactory examination. Scents of the cellar, a vinous aroma of red fruit, apricot and grapefruit. In the mouth it is dry, quite warm and quite soft, fresh and even savory; light but present tannins.
