About him: the Grillo Verde is obtained from the blend between Grillo, a typical variety of north-west Sicily and the Verdejo, native Spanish. The grapes all come from an ancient vineyard located in Contrada Tiglia, the most coastal part of the estate, which overlooks the sea.
Attractive color with intense golden and greenish reflections; Complex and powerful, it immediately releases aromas of candied orange and Mediterranean maquis as well as delicate salty sensations. Bewildering lightly integrated oxidative note, which leads to dry walnut. Sip perfectly cohesive between the radiance and salt of Grillo, and the freshness and the grip made by Verdejo. A multi-purpose and unmissable Orange!!!
