Wine making: whole bunch co-fermentation for three days; then they are pressed and finished to ferment in steel
Aging: in old neutral barrels filled at the top by the Gewurztraminer! no filtration, clarification and addition of sulphites.
Serve at: 14-16 °C
Food matches: white and red meats but not too tasty
