About him: It comes from 40-70 year old vines planted on the North-East side of Etna in the Marchesa and Passopisciaro district, at 750 meters above sea level on volcanic soil. The white Kaos 5.0 seduces from the visual aspect with its golden dress. Nose full of revitalizing sensations, which immediately recall aromatic notes of bitter orange, iodine, aromatic herbs and white flowers to continue with delicate notes of minerality. At the sip, the palate is immediately wrapped up thanks to its richness and aroma, despite a good component of salt and minerality.
