Food matches: perfect for a snack, perhaps based on broad beans, pecorino cheese and a couple of good friends!
About him: rosè passion! Lots of red fruits thanks to carbonic maceration, but also lots of sea for a juicy and sapidly intriguing drink! So2 tot <10 mg / l; 1000 bottles produced.
