Food matches: super as an aperitif, but also excellent with seafood, oysters and fresh cheeses

Wine produced with the intention of respecting the varietal expression of this grape together with the soil factor, produced by taking full advantage of the biosinergies of important factors such as altitude, age of the vine and of the soil. Perhaps it's the most sapid wine of the Microbio line also thanks to the land where the vines are located, 180 million years ago there was the Sea of Tethys.
Golden reflections, aromas of exotic fruit, soft and round even if with a very lively acidity, it closes with a long persistence and splendid flavor!
