About him: "Orange" yes, this is the first impact of wine when you pour it into the glass. The Bianco Macerato, blend of three Sicilian vines, Grillo-Catarratto-Zibibbo, amazes you! A white that is not white, a maceration with peels but is not a red. It's a type in itself. To be tasted without pre-established mental schemes. It's not a "first sip" wine, but a slow and thoughtful drink.
"Orange" color, nose reminiscent of candied fruit, apricot and orange peel. In the mouth it's well structured with a slight astringency given by tannins due to maceration. An acidity that gives freshness and drinkability. Long persistence.
