Wine making: fermentation obtained spontaneously in cement tanks with semi-carbon maceration for two days. No selected yeasts or other substances extraneous to the wine are added. The refermentation was restarted in the bottle with must of the same grapes, without the use of exogenous yeasts.
Aging: in cement tanks on the fine lees and then bottled with its yeasts
Serve at: 8-10 °C
Food matches: splendid as an aperitif and excellent to combine with cured meats and fresh cheeses.
