Wine making: fermentation obtained spontaneously in steel tanks, in contact with the skins. The wine was then left to ripen and macerate on its skins for a long time. No selected yeasts or other substances extraneous to wine are added. Bottling done without any kind of treatment and filtration.

Aging: in steel tanks on the fine lees until bottling.

Serve at: it´s advisable to open it 30 minutes before and do not serve it too cold (12-14 °C)

Food matches: fish dishes not too cooked; excellent also with fresh cheeses;

About him: a modern-style interpretation of one of the most classic wines of the Venetian tradition, namely the Garganega macerated on the skins; here well blended with use in small percentage of Trebbiano to obtain a splendid bouquet of aromas well-matched even on the palate. Only about 4,000 bottles produced per vintage! Unmissable wine for fans of this kind.
