About him: don't call him glouglou sparkling wine...this is a super wine! Maceration on the skins for 20 days in old wooden barrels and more than one year of aging. A wonderful Pet Nat, splendid both in the delicate and subtle bubbles and in the aromas and flavors! The nose initially reaches the classic hints of yeast and bread crust, but just a few minutes and splendid aromas of tropical fruits materialize, such as pineapple, kiwi, lime and many others! All also matched to the palate which is further enhanced by an exceptional sapdity that continually invites you to drink it. One of the best of its kind!!! UNMISSABLE!!!
