Wine making: fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks by indigenous yeasts present in the skins. The maceration/fermentation lasts for 30 days during which the peels slowly give the wine the color and aromas of Zibibbo
Aging: the aging takes place in steel and partly in chestnut barrels for about 6 months.
Serve at: 10-14 °C
Food matches: the Orange is a wine for all meals, it goes well with aperitifs based on shellfish and dishes based on fish, it also goes well with dishes based on white meats
