Alcohol: 12,5% vol
Wine making: the Gewurztraminer fermented on the skins for five days in amphora, while Pinot Gris and Riesling after pressed was macerated on the skins in an amphora for a single day.
Aging: after fermentation, the wines are all mixed together and mature in amphorae for several months before being bottled; no filtration, clarification or addition of sulphites
Serve at: 10-14 °C
Food matches: appetizers, grilled fish, pasta with white fish sauce, hot fish appetizers.
