Food matches: excellent with fish dishes not too tasty; try it with baked cod and chickpeas!
About him: from ancient vineyards of Coda di Volpe more than sixty years old here is the Paski that in this vintage gives us even stronger emotions thanks also to the low alcohol content that increase its drinkability! Intense and complex, it requires oxygenation, there are notes of honey and flowers combined with mineral puffs. On the palate it excites us for the sublime acidity and body as well as for an excellent sapidity and freshness. A sip of pure territoriality!!!
