About him: is obtained from selected grapes of Pinot Grigio of the historic Sialis, located on the high hill of San Floriano al Collio. Pinot Grigio "Sialis" is produced from historical vineyards that are over 70 years old and only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields. It has an intense coppery color with bright reflections. The bouquet is deep and complex: fruit jams are followed by sweet and aromatic aromas of vanilla, ginger and mint. It has a small sugar residue that balance a bitter freshness. The sip is harmonious: it has elegance and structure and a very long finish.
