About him: obtained with the use of the best Trebbiano grapes carefully selected in the vineyard and harvested by hand; squeezed and left in contact with the skins in 500-liter amphorae for about 45 days, to then finish aging in amphora for about another 6 months. This is how one of the most elegant and refined expressions of Tuscan Orange Wine born! The result is amazing, where the primary fruit takes second place and gives way to tobacco, earth and tea aromas with a wonderful tannic structure. A very clear and clean style wine. A must for Trebbiano fans!!!
