Aging: one year in used French oak barriques. No clarified, no filtered and no addition of sulphites

Serve at: 10-14° C

About him: splendid version of the Riesling according to Manuel Valenzuela, where the soil, the hill and the grape blend perfectly for a wine with an incredible minerality, embellished with the classic hints of hydrocarbons and white-fleshed fruits. Super nice wine!!!
