Wine making: wilting of grapes for 100/120 days; fermentation done in steel tanks with controlled temperature
Aging: 48 months in 5 hl oak tonneaux and then in bottle for 12/18 months
Serve at: 16-18° C

About him: from 1,000 to 2,000 bottles per year for this little gem! The ruby-colored robe is embellished with garnet reflections. The aromas of blackberry and cherry are gently accompanied by floral notes; then cinnamon, vanilla and a note of coffee, chocolate and licorice root follow one another in the background. The drink is enveloping, in a beautiful union between structure, freshness and flavor. The tannins are elegant, leaving the palate dry and clean with a fruity and toasted persistence and a slight mineral finish. Wine to drink just only on special occasions!!!
