About him: the Sanforte or historically called "Sangiovese forte" is a vine of the Italian winemaking tradition, today at risk of extinction. Present in many oenological works of the past, today it has been recovered by producers like Cosimo Maria Masini who focus on the historicity and purity of this fantastic grape.
