About him: sparkling wine refermented in bottle of straw-yellow color with a floral and herbaceous scent. Its aromaticity is enhanced with the alternating of the heat of the day and the freshness of the nocturnal hours to which the vineyards are subjected. On the palate it´s dry, warm and full-bodied.
