Its cellar is continually growing in quality and this is found above all on the delicious wines that come out of it.
Today we´ll talk about the Chianti Classico Riserva Caparsino, naturally from Caparsa; the most impressive note is the extreme drinkability of this fantastic wine that at the sip is presented at its most elegant expressiveness. Innumerable are the olfactory and gustatory sensations ranging from red and black fruits to dried flowers to spices and tobacco.
Highly recommended to try, especially by comparing the different vintages so as to be able to see the naturalness with which it is produced; in fact, since the production is strictly untreated both in the vineyard and in the cellar, faithfully tells the story of each year.
