About him: 100% Ploussard = 100% pleasure!!! Grapes from two plots, one planted in 2014 on red clay soil and the other planted in the 80s on gray marl (minerality at maximum power!). Small fresh red fruits like raspberries, wild strawberries...; in the mouth it's super refreshing and with a Guinness World Record drinkability! Pure fruit juice!!!
