Wine making: spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks

Aging: two years, during which the first each grape is aged separately in used French oak barriques and the second in steel tanks after assembly. No clarified, no filtered and no addition of sulfur dioxide.

Serve at: 6-8° C

Food matches: risotto with rock fish and seafood, stews, poultry and pork.

About him: from the highest vineyards in Europe this Blanco "Tres Uves" wine originates, another small masterpiece by Bodega Barranco Oscuro!!! Intense gold in the glass, explosion of fruity aromas, spices and mineral puffs, full body, rich, structured, enveloping and very fresh, with a decidedly long and persistent finish. SUPER!!! Just a problem...a few hundred bottles produced per year!
