Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with maceration of non-stemmed grapes in open fiberglass vats for 3 days
Aging: 12 months in 30 hl oak barrels and 500 l tonneau, then another 8 months in cement vats; no filtration
Serve at: it's advisable to open it 30 minutes before tasting; 8-10 °C
Food matches: stewed fish soups, stewed white meats, aged cheeses
About him: dense and golden flashes in the glass. The scents are bewitching thanks to their super intensity wealth. Immediately dried fruit, lime zest and orange marmalade, then exciting honey notes accompany us in a long progression of hints of beeswax, earth and melted caramel. It ends with a splendid oxidative and mineral scent that envelops us in all senses. As alive as all Denis wines, it is complex and full, with a lashing freshness and a light tannic note. Sip after sip you will notice the continuous evolution of this exceptional Orange Wine!
