Aging: at least 12 months in large oak and tonneau barrels
Serve at: 16-18°C; we recommend to open the bottle 15-20 minutes before drink it
Food matches: stewed red meats, game, roasted or grilled meats, aged cheeses
About him: this label, of great expression, is obtained from pure Nebbiolo grapes coming from terraced vineyards and located over 500 meters. Of bright ruby red color with garnet shades; on the nose there are intense and complex aromas of sweet red fruits, floral notes of violet and red flowers and an intriguing background that recalls spicy notes, including pepper and licorice. In the mouth it's alive, fresh and energetic, with a lively tannin and a well integrated wood. The finish is long, played on fruity aromas and spices.
