Wine making: fermentation done in cement tanks on natural yeasts at controlled temperature
Aging: 18 months in cement tanks and then in bottle for 6/8 months
Serve at: 16-18° C
Food matches: Lasagna with ragù, seasoned cheeses
About him: in the glass it's ruby red, very clear. The nose is delicate, sharp, with hints of fruit and flowers that alternate with a slight note that moves on mineral notes. In the mouth it is very well-rounded, of great body and perfectly balanced, with a simple but satisfying drink at the same time.
