About him: The Rosato of Cantina Giardino is obtained from Coda di Volpe Rossa grape, an ancient and rare Campanian vine that was planted in the middle of the Aglianico rows. Copper-colored with small orange nuances, it gives off intense aromas of dried flowers with hints of candied fruit and caramel notes. In the mouth it's dry with a good acid texture with a pleasant finish. Only 400 bottles produced!
