It's brut!!! Colombard pressed directly without contact of the juice with the skins, bottled with the addition of fresh must which in spring resumes fermentation producing a dense and foamy bubble. Strictly desgorged by hand.
Unexpectedly complex, many sensations both in the aromas and on the palate, with citrus fruits, candied fruit, toasted almonds and minerals. Long long finish so nice nice. TOP!!!
